PT or FT IT Help desk Support for medical equipment company in West Chester, PA
Work on help desk issues-tickets, supporting users.
Install & configure desktops, laptops, printers.
Support users (in office & field staff), log in remotely to resolve software, hardware issues. Trouble-shoot hardware issues (pc, laptops, smart phones, printers).
Resolve network issues with support from vendors.
Upgrade memory, hard drives, etc.
Requirements: Expert in Windows environment, servers & operating systems, wireless networking; MS Office, anti-virus & malware removal; smart phone technologies; excellent people skills.
Physically move hardware around office & factory.
Work in office & factory area at user desks.
